To determine the time between when you place the order and when you receive the order, use this formula:

(1) production/packaging time + (2) shipping transit time = total time

#1 above explained:  To determine production/packaging time, find the product, then go to the product's "Product Detail" page, and then look at the "Availability" line. The production/packaging time for all products in your order will be determined by the product in your order that has the longest production/packaging time.

#2 above explained:  Shipping transit time will depend on the shipping service option you select during checkout (options are listed below).

We offer the following shipping options for domestic shipments, subject to availability for your shipping address:
  • 1-day - early morning
  • 1-day - late morning
  • 1-day - afternoon
  • 2-day
  • 3-day
  • 4-day
We will select a warehouse, shipping carrier, and shipping carrier service that will satisfy your requested shipping option.

We recommend that you select a shipping option that allows at least one day margin for error, in case there are weather delays while your shipment is in-transit.

We ship only to addresses that accept deliveries from carriers such as FedEx and UPS.

We do NOT . . .
  • ship via United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • ship to USPS PO boxes
  • ship to APO/FPO addresses
  • charge to customer shipping accounts (e.g., customer FedEx account)
  • offer in-store pick-up
Shipping services described above and offered during checkout provide delivery only on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding certain holidays). For Saturday delivery, please contact us.

Part of our terms of sale is "F.O.B. Shipping Point", which is a legal term meaning that once the products leave the shipping dock, the products become the property of the PURCHASER, and we are not responsible for delays in transit due to bad weather or for mistakes made by the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx).

The following applies only to INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (any order not shipping to a U.S. state):
  • Available for U.S. territories and almost all countries.
  • Requires credit card payment in US dollars.
  • Only products from our "Big Meeting" collection (product IDs start with "J-") can be shipped to international addresses. Other products can be shipped only to U.S. states.
  • The shipping/export fee includes FedEx International shipping, export broker charges, other handling charges, and taxes.
  • All orders are carefully reviewed by one of our sales associates. Occasionally, the review of an international order requires that we increase the estimated export fee, in which case we will contact you (via email) for your approval. Please check your email frequently after you submit an order.
  • In checkout, for the "State/Province" drop-down menus, if no option applies to your address, then select "Not Applicable".
  • In checkout, enter your address in the FORMAT APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR COUNTRY, including postal code, by filling in the lines labeled "Street Address", "Street Address 2", and "City", even if what you enter on the "City" line does not contain your city or contains more than your city.
  • For the shipping "Service", you must select "2-day" or "4-day".
